South West Property Surveys provides independent residential property surveys across Bristol, Bath and Wiltshire. Led by a RICS Qualified Surveyor, we offer clear, practical and easy-to-understand property advice to help buyers understand the condition of a property before they commit to a purchase.
Our focus is on providing honest, professional and client-focused surveying services — with no call centres, no outsourcing, and no jargon. Just straightforward advice from the surveyor who actually inspected your property.
We believe a good survey should be clear, thorough, and genuinely useful. Our reports are written in plain English, free of unnecessary jargon, and we're always available to talk through our findings with you after delivery.

I am an AssocRICS Qualified Surveyor, specialising in residential Level 2 and Level 3 surveys across Bristol, Bath and Wiltshire. Every survey I carry out is thorough, independent and written in plain English — because I believe you deserve honest advice, not a report full of caveats designed to protect the surveyor rather than inform the buyer.
Before establishing South West Property Surveys, I gained experience working within established RICS regulated practices, carrying out surveys across a wide range of residential property types — from modern new builds to older, more complex period properties.
I set up South West Property Surveys because I believe clients deserve a more personal, direct service — where you speak to the surveyor who actually inspected your property, not a call centre. Every report I produce is written by me, and I am always available to talk through my findings with you after delivery.
